French volunteer teaches Pastries al' Orange

Sophie Maucort, an 18–year old French volunteer joined the girls in the community on their culinary session. The French teacher accompanied by local volunteer Nikki taught the girls to bake orange cakes.

The procedure was discussed while doing the demo as well as some basic baking tips. Afterwhich, the girls were divided into two groups so they could experience hands–on baking. Overall, the baking session was a success and finally, the girls together with Sophie tasted their final product and had a little snacks to end the bright night. A touch of Parisian pastry in the housing community of Bliss.
