Children Incorporated Sponsors more children

by Jenette T. Fariola
Child Sponsorship Program Coordinator

The Children Incorporated (CI) sponsorship program had started its programs and services to the kids of BLISS, Sagkahan with only seven kids. Last December of 2005, the kids – sponsored and unsponsored gathered at the center to get to know each other through a simple Christmas party.

The subsidy includes special gifts for the children. Each of the kids were given a Christmas gift. The sponsored kids however, were given groceries as part of their monthly subsidy.

Part of the gathering was the announcement of the sponsored kids and an orientation on what the program is all about and the services being offered. The kids as well as their parents were very much happy being enrolled in the program and having the chance to be beneficiaries of the program.

Just recently, the organization received the second subsidy from CI for the sponsored kids. At the moment, we are serving twelve kids under the CI sponsorship program and the same benefits will be received by these kids.
