Volunteer for the Visayans (VFV) recently announced that they were looking for an international intern to join their team for a period of 12 months in order to assist with day-to-day operations and future developments of the non-profit, non-government organisation located in Tacloban City. Today, the organisation is currently accepting applications from its volunteer alumni network and fresh applicants who want to gain valuable international experience in the field of non-profit management and sustainable development.
The intern will work in all corners of the organisation, from aiding with the development and promotion of VFV’s Child Sponsorship Program to liaising VFV’s international partners and benefactors and helping to manage and improve VFV’s current on-ground operations in the Eastern Visayas.
VFV will provide accommodation and meals for the intern as well as a small stipend. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are aiming to acquire international experience ahead of applying for employment.
